Yes, Weight Loss and Fitness are a perfect combo to have a healthier lifestyle. Exercise is only a part to weight loss, nutrition is another one. I want to share my weight loss experience and motivate others to reach your fitness goals. There is NO MAGIC diet, but the decision to change our lifestyle is the first step.

Many exercises can help you lose weight and also maintain your ideal weight. Simply put, get moving, for example, some exercises to burn calories include walking, jogging, running, cycling, swimming, weight training, interval training, dancing, yoga, and Pilates. Personally, I love dancing and Zumba is my best bet to have fun, burn calories and tone my body dancing to boost my weight loss efforts. Do you have a favorite exercise? Which one?

Our Approach

The most important approach to lose weight is to lose body fat. Yep! Those unwanted fat bothering us. How we can lose them? The ideal is through aerobic exercise for at least 30 minutes, making healthy eating choices.

Our Story

I have been struggling with obesity almost all my life. Sound familiar? I decided to change this Yo-Yo dieting and adopting a healthier life style. No more procrastination and since January 2020 started my new healthy life and I love seeing results. I am just losing pounds while getting tone. If I can do it, so can you. We are regular women conquering the battle to lose weight. This is the reason why I am creating this website to provide you with my own weight loss experience and exchange fitness tips.
